David Harbour on Creature Commandos: DCU Sequence Is ‘Wildly Humorous’ | Acquire US

Creature Commandos star David Harbour has spoken positively in regards to the upcoming DC Universe animated collection from James Gunn.

What did David Harbour say about Creature Commandos?

Chatting with Collider earlier than the SAG-AFTRA strike, Harbour opened up about when he first received pitched Creature Commandos and his assembly with DC Studios Co-CEO James Gunn. The actor then described simply how humorous the present can be.

“I didn’t know what it was when it was despatched to me,” Harbour defined. “I met with James, and he kind of laid out a number of stuff. It’s actually thrilling. He considers it a few of the greatest stuff he’s ever written. It’s hilarious, and the character is nice. Creature Commandos is the primary mission of James Gunn and Peter Safran’s new DC Universe. The animated collection will star Viola Davis, David Harbour, Sean Gunn, Frank Grillo, Indira Varma, Alan Tudyk, Maria Bakalova, Zoë Chao, Steve Agee, and extra. The collection, which is canon to the broader DCU, will debut in 2024.
