Now we have a winner within the ballot for one of the best Slate of movies from 1984, created on Lambcast Episode 742.
Congratulations to Aaron Neuwirth, from “Out Now with Aaron and Abe” and “The Code is Zeek”, who scratched out a victory in a decent race between 4 of the 6 opponents. One of many Lambs barely acquired out of the beginning gate, and one by no means did. The opposite 4 have been neck and neck for many of the polling interval, though Aaron lead wire to wire.
Clearly Aaron “Tapped” into the zeitgeist of the 12 months. Whereas a few of his selections “stopped making sense” to the remainder of us, it was no “secret” that he was taking part in “unfastened” with the musical themes of his standards. Solely a punk would complain nevertheless, so nobody will attempt to “repossess” his non-existent trophy.
